Overview
NanoZen® is a unique high performance, water based, Zero VOC metal pre-treatment designed for use on Aluminum, Steel, Stainless Steel and Magnesium alloys.

Primary Characteristics
NanoZen® offers many benefits as a water based, Zero VOC pre-treatment for metal and is reactive with a number of inorganic surfaces. 18935A NanoZen® chemically interacts with the metal substrate to form a hydrophobic layer with excellent adhesion and corrosion protection. NanoZen® can then be recoated after 30 minutes with most organic paint systems.
 

Typical Applications
Designed for quick dry-time, NanoZen allows manufacturers to apply a pre-treatment on Aluminum, Steel, Stainless Steel and Magnesium alloys followed by a recoating in as soon as 30 minutes. Ideal for applications where response or production cycle timeliness is critical.
