Overview
Lubri-Zen™ high performance 2-Coat and 3-Coat PTFE systems and Silicone based coatings are a great coating for the interior and exterior of cookware and bakeware applications.

Primary Characteristics
Lubri-Zen™ Non-Stick Cookware and Bakeware Coatings are FDA compliant per CFR — Code of Federal Regulations 175.300 for all interior coatings and all PTFE coatings are manufactured without the use of PFOA.

Overview
Lubri-Zen� resin-bonded thermoset coatings offer a wide variety of functional performance in harsh environments and extreme temperatures ranging from -400ºF to 500ºF. Features low friction properties, excellent release properties for easy cleaning, anti-blocking and anti-stick properties plus corrosion and weather resistance. Hentzen will customize a formula to meet your specific application needs.

Primary Characteristics
Lubri-Zenâ�¢ offers coefficient of friction properties as low as .02 depending on application variables and coating choice.  The low friction properties coupled with the inherent strength of highly engineered Lubri-Zenâ�¢, provides surface resistance to galling and wear in abrasive environments.

Fasteners, garden tools, pistons, gaskets, valves, bearings, saw blades, and a variety of other applications.
