Epox-Zen™

Overview
Expox-Zen™ Epoxy Primers are designed for Defense and General Industrial coaters demanding the finest in corrosion protection, chemical resistance, adhesion and topcoat hold-out.

Primary Characteristics
Providing durable protection over ferrous and non-ferrous metals, certain FPRs and composites, Expox-Zen™ Epoxy Primers are a substantial upgrade from conventional alkyd primers. Expox-Zen™ Epoxy Primers should be topcoated with epoxy or polyurethane topcoats to achieve the ultimate in protection and durability. Also available to meet MIL-DTL-53022D specifications for Defense.

Typical Applications
Defense vehicles, hardware, ground support equipment and components, transportation, agricultural and construction equipment, power transformers, liquid storage tanks, recreation vehicles or other applications where superior corrosion resistance, humidity resistance, adhesion, flexibility and rapid recoat is required.

Primary Characteristics
Expox-Zen™ Epoxy topcoats are available for General Industrial applications as well in qualities approved to MIL-PRF-22750 specifications for Defense.

Typical Applications
Interiors of defense vehicles and support equipment or other industrial applications where superior abrasion, hardness and chemical resistance is required.
