Hentzen Coatings is proud to introduce its new line of 1k waterborne paint for vinyl. Hentzen revealed the new Aqua-Zen V line at an AAMA Convention, on June 11, 2018, in Squaw Creek Lake Tahoe, California, of which Hentzen was a proud, platinum sponsor. Aqua-Zen V is a 1-component, waterborne, direct to vinyl color coating that is specifically formulated for easy application to vinyl substrates commonly used in the window manufacturing industry. Its low VOC formulas feature fast force-dry times, which reduce energy costs. It offers excellent exterior durability, superior color retention and chemical resistance, as well as excellent adhesion to properly prepared vinyl substrates, and fast painting to shipping times. IR reflective pigments are utilized to reduce heat absorption. Good flow and leveling insure a smooth finish. This single-component material also eliminates the hazardous waste associated with 2k coatings spoilage. Hentzen Coatings is excited to add Aqua-Zen V to its growing list of coating solutions.
